OUR TEAM
BTA coaches can be found on court seven days a week. They coach juniors in grassroots development programs and adults looking to improve their skills and endurance, as well as players in Australian Tournaments.
BTA coaches are active participants in local associations supporting the Local communities with events such as the Wayne Arthurs Cup, Alicia Molik Cup, Pat Cash Classic and Daphne Fancutt Shield.

ASSOCIATE, PLAYER OPERATIONSEmma Robinson-McNicoll
Emma is an advanced tennis player at BTA, captaining our top ladies team competing in the Tennis Victoria Pennant league. Emma is an accredited Level II Australian Tennis Professional Coach with (ATPCA) and a Tennis Australia certified coach. Emma is on court 7 days a week either playing or coaching.
As our Director of Player Operations, Emma keeps things ticking along efficiently, organising our time-tables, coaching schedules and on-boarding of new players, school programs and clubs. She currently anchors all the activities for the Ladies Club as its captain and is also an invaluable mentor to our upcoming junior players.
DIRECTOR, PHYSIO/CHIRODR DION SARGENAT
Dion has degrees in Applied Science (Human in Biology) and Complementary Medicine, and a Masters Degree in Clinical Chiropractic. For BTA, he is particularly invaluable for his extensive research and work in chronic health problems arising from biomechanical issues. His keen interest in Applied Kinesiology and Functional Medicine results in a holistic treatment of chronic injuries. He practices in Mornington Peninsula and is an incredible resource for all of our athletes and club members.

Emma has been an advanced player at PLTC and BTA for a few years and is a Coach in Training. She has a terrific personality and is in charge of all our new players. Besides helping out with the coaching, she helps them settle into the club, make friends and find the right group.
